Dave and Mike are joined by Laurel Papworth and Kristin Alford to discuss the recently released Review on Australia’s National Innovation System.
A lot of the discussion focuses on the locked nature of the PDF document as it was first released. As it turns out, between this podcast being recorded and published, the Review PDF is now unlocked! Just how this came to be and if in fact Laurel and Kristin’s blogposts had anything to do with it, I guess we’ll never definitively know. But it’s good to see that information ‘freed‘.

Hi guys – interesting podcast. I’ve been blogging about the Cutler Review since before veturous australia was released. Unfortunately I chose blogger – soon to be on wordpress (www.innovationisindustrypolicy.com)

Particularly from a tax/grant perspective as that’s our business domain, but I do have lots to say on the overall perspective.

Let me know if you want any further participation on venturousaustralia.com as I’d love to help out.

Let’s keep the conversation going as I found 700 submissions to be VERY disappointing – there’s only a short timeframe for feedback and input into the government white paper process.

Fascinating discussion – happy to help out with venturousaustralia.com as I have been blogging in this area since the end of last year – with a particular focus on R&D tax and grants as that’s our business domain knowledge.

Feel free to get in touch :)
